DIY vocal booth

If you're like me you like to save money. And if you're thinking about doing voice overs. You are going to need a vocal booth. Now if you google vocal booths, you will see that they can be very expensive and bulky. There are numerous was to make your own vocal booth. You can convert a small room, or closet space.
When I started out I made my own out of PVC and blankets. Great for keeping sound in. Not so great for keeping sound out. Sounds like the AC/heating unit or the neighbors cutting there grass. But for the most part it served it's purpose. And it only cost me $150. Mind you I only had to buy 1 tool (PVC cutter), 2 extra comforters (flea market price), and PVC (on sale).
