Before narrating this book. I didn't know much about CBD or hemp. I've heard about it, but never knew what it was or how it was beneficial. I DO have an interest in alternative medicine. So I was interested in learning more about CBD oil. Hopefully, if you are reading this. You already read my first post about my health status. I had my blood tested earlier today and my fasting glucose was down 24 points!! Okay technically not points as glucose is measured in mg/dl. But still, from 112 to 88 in 3 months time... is great! I just have to keep up what I'm doing and maybe it'll go down below 80. If you're like me you like to save money. And if you're thinking about doing voice overs. You are going to need a vocal booth. Now if you google vocal booths, you will see that they can be very expensive and bulky. There are numerous was to make your own vocal booth. You can convert a small room, or closet space. When I started out I made my own out of PVC and blankets. Great for keeping sound in. Not so great for keeping sound out. Sounds like the AC/heating unit or the neighbors cutting there grass. But for the most part it served it's purpose. And it only cost me $150. Mind you I only had to buy 1 tool (PVC cutter), 2 extra comforters (flea market price), and PVC (on sale). A couple of months ago, I had my blood drawn for testing. My fasting blood glucose was in the prediabetic realm. Well that scared me enough to change my diet. I get my blood drawn again Wed(6/20). Hopefully it will be better than the last time. If I lost 27 lbs for nothing. I'm going to be upset!  Thankfully, I read a few books and narrated one of them.
